Aluminized Mylar PET Film

Overview
Aluminized Mylar, also known as PET or polyester film, is suitable for use in internal MLI layers or as a single-layer Flexible Optical Solar Reflector (FOSR). Ideal for short-duration missions with an operating temperature range of -60°C to 150°C.
Customization
• Film thickness is available in 0.2, 0.3, 0.5, 1, 2 mil.
• Maximum film width is 39 inches.
• This product can be perforated.
• Aluminum can be single-sided or double-sided.
Qualification & Testing
• This product meets NASA requirements for low thermal vacuum outgassing (ASTM E-595) where TML <1.0% and CVCM <0.1%.
