Overview

4pi Sun Sensor is used in Spacecrafts to find the orientation with respect to Sun. Sun Sensor consists of two optical heads each head has solar cells mounted on three orthogonal sides. Two such heads mounted on two diametrically opposite side of a Satellite gives three direction cosines.
